An energy drink is a type of beverage which is purported to boost mental or physical energy. There are a myriad of brands and varieties of energy drinks. They generally contain large amounts of caffeine and other stimulants. (meaning "vacation in a bottle"), and Jones Gaba.[48][49] They are growing in popularity, with sales doubling from 2008 to 2010, and expected to more than double again by 2014. They contain ingredients such as theanine and melatonin.
